Speech Console integrates voice command and control and voice recognition into existing IT systems. Using this approach, the organisation retains all the existing workflow practices, so there is minimal re-training. Instead of typing text, the user simply uses Speech Console to dictate directly into the application. This can be implemented with little or no commitment from the legacy system supplier.

We can even improve on the existing workflow of the legacy systems with voice command and control. Perhaps the current application has many mouse clicks to get from one common function to another. With Speech Console we can accommodate those clicks into a voice macro so the system flows from one function to another in the way you as the user would like it to.
